At EatFirst, we acknowledge an all manner of dietary requirements and don’t want you to miss out on our chef-made meals. In this post, we’re feeling the love for the gluten-free Londoners, here are some of our dishes that are tailored to suit you:
Braised Ox Cheeks: Slow braised ox cheek, smoked puy lentils, duck fat roasted white carrots and a roasted plum tomato. Best enjoyed with a full bodied red wine.
Burrata and Lentil Salad: Shaved courgette, rocket, puy lentils, preserved lemons and raw milk burrata are tossed with olive oil. We serve a lemon and dijon dressing on the side.
Jamaican Jerk Chicken: Grilled jerk chicken leg, served with beans and rice pilaf and creamy coleslaw.
Smoked Salmon Summer Rolls: Hand rolled Vietnamese rice paper rolls with smoked salmon, vermicelli, shredded red cabbage and carrot. On the side is an Asian soy based dipping sauce.
Classic Ratatouille: A traditional French mix of baked aubergine, courgette and peppers are added to our rich tomato sauce. All is topped with crumbly goat cheese and fresh basil.
Shaved Courgette and Rocket Salad: Sliced courgette is tossed with rocket, mint, lemon zest, olive oil and parmesan shavings.
