Garlic: Not Just for Vampires

Garlic doesn’t just repel vampires! It’s an unofficial superfood: It can be used in almost any dish, it’s full of flavour and has many health benefits. To prove our point, we’ve created a list which identifies just a few of the many reasons you should let garlic become a bigger part of your life:
