Salad Dressing: Mix some fresh rocket and spinach leaves with a grilled chicken breast, spring onions and whole grain mustard. Now bring it to life with a citrus dressing of freshly squeezed orange juice, olive oil and a touch of honey!
Morning Juice: Orange, apple, ginger, carrot and celery juice is always a winner when it comes to energising you in the morning.
Glass Cleaner: Mix 2 cups of water with ½ cup white or cider vinegar, ¼ cup rubbing alcohol (70% concentrate) and ½ cup orange rinds for a citrus smelling, effective glass and mirror cleaner!
Extra Flavour: Finely grate the orange zest to use creatively in your kitchen. Try sprinkling over baked salmon fillets for some added zing, and serve with grilled asparagus.
