At EatFirst, we acknowledge an all manner of dietary requirements and don’t want you to miss out on our chef-made meals. In this post, we’re feeling the love for the vegans of London. Here are some of our dishes that are tailored to suit you:
Mango Summer Rolls: Hand rolled Vietnamese rice paper rolls with mango, vermicelli, shredded red cabbage and carrot. Served on the side is a satay style dipping sauce.
Dhal Curry: Red lentil koftas are baked and served with a spinach and coconut madras curry sauce. Served alongside an indian spiced pilau rice.
Balti Curry: Sweet potato, yellow peppers, baby spinach and beluga lentils are simmered in a classic balti curry sauce. This vegan dish is paired with a fragrant basmati pilaf and sweet mango chutney.
Wakame and Cucumber Salad: Japanese wakame, cucumber all tossed in a light miso vinaigrette. A perfect accompaniment to any Oriental meal.
Miso Aubergine: Miso baked aubergine, spring onions and grated mooli.
- Chia Seed Breakfast Pot: Coconut milk, chia seeds and maple syrup create the base, topped with a homemade blackberry compote and toasted coconut flakes. A guilt free breakfast meal!
