Our chefs, Benn Hodges and Jane Tran have been inspired by the festive spirit this year and designed mouth-watering meals, from the traditional to the reinvented classics. Chef Benn Hodges grew up in Australia, so was used to BBQ’s and sunnies on Christmas day. However, he’s been in the UK long enough now to know what we would wish for in a Christmas meal.
