This week we are sharing a wonderful review of EatFirst written by Christy Lam AKA The Lazy Foodie. Christy and EatFirst head chef Benn Hodges first met at our Lebanese launch event last month. They talked about Christy's love of all things sweet and a promise was made to send her our flourless chocolate cake.
Christy has created a very detailed photostory of the EatFirst dining experience, including the minimalist white paper carriers, customised envelopes and recyclable sugar cane containers.
We included one of Christy's favourite EatFirst dishes - Middle Eastern Slaw - which features rare roast beef from our butcher Flock & Herd. The shot she created looks incredibly fresh and full of flavour.
The story finishes with her magical creation of flourless chocolate cake, fresh strawberries, raspberries and lashings of vanilla cream.
