Last week EatFirst Head chef Benn Hodges was ushered to a secret location in south London to help the team at Just Eat style the delicious meals created for their Valentine's tasting menu.
Benn spent the afternoon doing what he does best, making EatFirst food look and taste amazing. The Italian-inspired tasting menu featured a Tomato and Mozzarella starter, Duck Ragu Pasta, Flat Iron Steak and Winter Squash Salad Main, and his signature Flourless Chocolate dessert.
The EatFirst sommelier at Bottle Apostle was on hand to suggest some fruity wines to perfectly compliment the meal. They recommended Chablis Domain du Colombier for the salads and pasta with Chateaux Fayau Bordeaux to compliment the steak and dessert night. Sounds ideal to us.
