This week we started our collaboration with Thai street food specialists Kra Pow LDN. EatFirst is committed creating and delivering the very best international cuisines to hungry, time-poor Londoners and Thai street food is a match made in heaven!
Inspired by their travels around Thailand, the Kra Pow LDN founders – Richard Oakes and Paul Ambrose – developed a taste for the fiery street food of Chiang Mai and set about bringing it home. Launched in 2016, Kra Pow LDN (named after their favourite dish) has been serving up the flavours of Northern Thailand to the people of London at Druid Street Market, Leyton Food Market, East Village Market and Last Days of Shoreditch.
Offering a twist on standard Thai dishes, the Kra Pow x EatFirst residency will include their signature Kra Pow, a succulent chilli and basil infused minced pork stir fry finished with a poached egg, as well as mouth-watering dishes such as sticky Gai Yang BBQ chicken and herb dressed minced chicken salad, Laab Gai.
We know this will be a start of a beautiful relationship and we're proud to be working with two of the most enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated street food artists in the capital.
Enjoy the taste of Thailand today!
