Last night the EatFirst team blew the roof off 81 Rivington Street in Shoreditch to launch five new dishes from Northern Thailand in collaboration with street food legands Kra Pow LDN. And thankfully for April... the only rain was the praise for the delicious food.
Our team of talented chefs recreated five signature dishes including Pork Kra Pow with quails eggs, Barbeque chicken Gai Yang and low-cal chicken Laab Gai and a fragrant Thai herb salads.
Over 100+ foodie influencers and media attended alongside VIP guests and Kra Pow LDN founders Paul Ambrose and Richard Oakes. Everyone loved the signature Thai cocktails created by expert mixologists Honest Folk.
