Head Chef Benn Hodges joined EatFirst from Roka on Charlotte Street, where he ran the busy Michelin starred restaurant. Working long hours he started creating easy to prepare Asian dishes so he could quickly enjoy healthy, fresh meals when he got home.
Fast forward two years and Benn is now leading a team of 30 chefs creating over 200,000 meals a year producing award-winning restaurant ready meals that are fresh, fast and full of flavour.
Benn is launching a new range of dishes for one-hour delivery that can easily be prepared in less than 4 minutes!
Inspired by his travels to the Far East, YUZU MISO SALMON features the Asian citrus fruit Yuzu, which is rich in vitamin C and helps to balance and invigorate the natural flavour of the fish. In the NAGASAKI VEGETABLE NOODLES, he chargrills vegetables on the robata grill to give the mushrooms and broccoli a deep barbecued flavour.
