1l Apple Juice
120g Black Chia Seed
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Handful Pumpkin Seeds
1 Handful Coconut Flakes
Heat the sugar over a medim flame to caramelise, you should try and achieve a nice brown colour being careful not to burn. In the meantime bring Apple Juice, Vanilla and Water to the boil.
When you’re happy with your caramel take off the heat and add the simmering Apple Juice, Water and Vanilla and whisk together.
Set mix aside and once cooled mix in chia seeds.
When you’re ready to serve plate the chia mix into bowls and sprinkle with topping mix.
